By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

5. Paid Services, Consulting & Refund Policy

We offer various paid services, including but not limited to consulting sessions, leadership training, e-learning courses, and coaching ("Paid Services").

5.1. Payments and Billing

All payments must be made in full before accessing the Paid Services, unless a specific installment plan has been agreed upon in writing. We use secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to handle transactions.

5.2. Refund Policy and Cancellation

• Consulting and Coaching Sessions: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the session fee.
• Digital Products and E-Learning: Due to the immediate access nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. However, if you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, provided you have not accessed, downloaded, or started streaming the content. Once the content has been accessed, the right of withdrawal is lost.

6. Affiliate and Referral Program Terms

The Site may participate in affiliate marketing or offer referral programs (e.g., for Investra.io or Slaff.io).

• If you participate in our referral program, you agree to promote the services honestly and ethically.
• Commissions or rewards are paid only for successful, verified referrals as defined by the specific program's rules.
• We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate or referral relationship immediately if we suspect fraudulent activity, spamming, or violation of our brand guidelines.

7. Prohibited Activities

By making any Contributions, you grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right, and license to host, use, copy, reproduce, disclose, sell, resell, publish, broadcast, retitle, archive, store, cache, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, transmit, excerpt (in whole or in part), and distribute such Contributions for any purpose, commercial, advertising, or otherwise.

9. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice and Policy

Your notification must include:

These Terms of Use may be translated into other languages (such as Serbian or Slovenian) for convenience. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail and govern.

20. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

20.1. Informal Negotiations (Mediation)

To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms of Use (each "Dispute" and collectively, the "Disputes") brought by either you or us (individually, a "Party" and collectively, the "Parties"), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute (except those Disputes expressly provided below) informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating litigation. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one Party to the other Party.

20.2. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sinisa Dagary operates. Sinisa Dagary and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
